He Liming, male, born in January 1954, master degree, senior economist. He was appointed as Vice Director General of Personnel Department of Ministry of Materials and Equipment, Vice Director General of Personnel Department of Ministry of Internal Trade, General Manager of China Non-Ferrous Metal Materials Corporation. He is now Chairman of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP legal representative), Chairman of China Society of Logistics, Chairman of China Automobile Dealers Association, Chairman of Logistics Sub-council of CCPIT, Chairman of Asia-Pacific Logistics Federation (APLF), Board member of International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM).
