CFLP and the China Society of Logistics (CSL) organized industry experts, academics and practitioners to carry out the in-depth research of logistics theories: since 2001, built of a "National Logistics Research Institution Collaboration Network" and established a "Produce-Study-Research Base", appointed the "Special Contributing researcher"; held annual meetings of "China Logistics Academy Annual Conference" and "China Logistics Experts Forum". Each annual meeting collected more than 500 papers and more than 100 topic reports, established of over 20 various forums, participant representatives at home and abroad nearly 1,000 people; commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, the SASAC, the China Development Bank and other departments, completed more than 60 research topics, organized to complete more than 200 research topics; regular annual publication of "China Logistics Development Report", "China Logistics Key Projects Report", "China Logistics Academy Frontier Report " and etc.
