Standardization Administration of the P.R.C. (SAC) approved to establish the Secretariat of National Logistics Standardization Technology Committee in CFLP, organizing and coordinating of the amending and promoting work of logistics standards. The "2005 - 2010 development plan of National Logistics Standard" studied out by CFLP, and then jointly issued by SAC, the National Development and Reform Commission and other eight ministries. Since 2001, CFLP has amended the logistics terms, cost accounting of logistics enterprise, logistics enterprises classification and evaluation indicators, logistics centre operation criterions, logistics parks, intermodal general-purpose flat pallet standards and a large number of national and industry standards of basic logistics for social needs, effectively promoted the logistics standardization work.
